After my own struggles with weight, I decided to quit making excuses and begin my journey towards physical fitness. This personal experience put me in a unique position to fully understand how difficult it is to navigate the flood of exercise related information available to a new trainee. As I spent countless hours sifting through the BS, learning, and perfecting, I fell in love with fitness and creating a healthier lifestyle. Ultimately, sharing my knowledge and helping people to reach their own personal goals is what fuels my passion.
