Small Group Strength Training & One on One Training

NASM-National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

Learn how to lift so that you can gain muscle and strength, and lose body fat in the process. Develop confidence and work towards meeting your health and fitness goals. Develop healthy habits that are maintainable! We will be out on the gym floor using both free weights and machines. All abilities are welcome. It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to lifting and the gym scene, or you just want to be challenged, motivated and held accountable! Class size is limited to 4-6 people and sessions run for eight weeks.
