Erin Heger

Erin Heger is an AFFA Certified Personal Trainer that is passionate about health and fitness. She is a mother of three that moved from Colorado shortly after graduating high school and getting married. Erin has been an active stay at home mom that loves the outdoors, hiking Glacier National Park and competing in Spartan Races. She struggled with low self-esteem and being the “skinny girl” in school, but one might say her first Spartan Race inspired her to be more than the “skinny girl.”She had the desire to become strong and She began training hard which lead to her passion in starting a career in fitness and helping others to achieve their goals and find the confidence in themselves. Erin hopes to move beyond Spartan Races and one day compete in a Ninja Warrior competition.

Erin focuses on HIIT. She loves this approach because it incorporates cardiovascular exercise training with resistance training. It works well to obtain quick results and can be individually tailored to each client’s need.

Who has the time to spend hours on a cardio machine when you can get in, get your workout done and get out. We do everything from ropes, to sleds, to lots of core, agility and burpees galore. Learn the proper form on squats and other exercises to! Training for a spartan race?? This is the perfect class for you! All abilities are welcome, from beginners to athletes, so come join this intense fun filled HIIT class and get your sweat on!

Dan Holguin

We all have a story right? My name is Dan and I want to share mine with you real quick.

Looking back, I had a pretty decent life around 2013-ish. Although my background has always been in fitness, I took a construction job working long hours out of town. For years I told myself that I couldn’t make it as a fitness coach and therefore, settled for less than I was worth.

Around the same time, my world was rocked when I unexpectedly lost someone extremely close to me. This came one day as I went to visit him at home and found him lifeless in bed.

As a result, I became 30 pounds heavier than I had ever been in my entire life and no longer had control over my body or my thoughts. I spiraled into a depression and found myself sinking further into the hole I was buried so deeply in.

The moment of “no more” came to me when I realized that I had pushed away the people who cared about me most and allowed myself to be controlled by circumstance.

One day out of the blue, I got a call from a friend who knew someone looking to work with a coach. Because I had settled for construction job, I hadn’t been working with clients since 2008. The call caught me entirely off guard but the voice in my heart said “go for it”.

After hanging up the phone I remember being scared, nervous and my anxiety was an all -time high because I’d just committed to changing someone’s life while my own was still in shambles.

Listening to my heart in that moment and taking the leap of faith to create the life I had always dreamed of was the best decision I’ve ever made.

As a result of taking massive action to change my life:

  • I’m a better role model for my kid because now I’m consistently in a state of positivity, gratitude and love.
  • I’m able to serve others on the HIGHEST level because I feel confident that whatever I put my mind to, I can create.
  • I’m no longer burdened by the negative self-talk and doubt that used to control me.
  • I’m proud to say I’m the happiest I’ve ever been while also being in the best shape of my life.

After spending a number of years struggling with body image issues, I decided that enough was enough. I was tired of living a life where my self worth was defined by a number on a scale. My unhealthy relationship with food had left me weak and unhappy. In the end, what I really wound up losing was myself, and jeopardizing the relationships that I valued most.

I decided that I wasn’t going to let my fears paralyze me any longer. It was during this time that my passion for fitness began. I shifted my focus from moving my weight on the scale, to moving the weights at the gym. I was determined to become strong and healthy, and I developed a new positive relationship with food. It was through fitness that I was able to find myself again and regain control of my life.

My vision is to empower people to achieve their fitness goals, by helping them to conquer their fears and change their negative attitudes about body image, health and nutrition. I firmly believe that with HARD work, dedication, and the right mindset, the sky’s the limit. I will help you get there. I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer who specializes in strength training, small group training, and body recomposition (fat loss/ muscle gain.)

Learn how to lift so that you can gain muscle and strength, and lose body fat in the process. Develop confidence and work towards meeting your health and fitness goals. Develop healthy habits that are maintainable! We will be out on the gym floor using both free weights and machines. All abilities are welcome. It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to lifting and the gym scene, or you just want to be challenged, motivated and held accountable! Class size is limited to 4-6 people and sessions run for eight weeks.

After my own struggles with weight, I decided to quit making excuses and begin my journey towards physical fitness. This personal experience put me in a unique position to fully understand how difficult it is to navigate the flood of exercise related information available to a new trainee. As I spent countless hours sifting through the BS, learning, and perfecting, I fell in love with fitness and creating a healthier lifestyle. Ultimately, sharing my knowledge and helping people to reach their own personal goals is what fuels my passion.

I believe that increasing your strength and enhancing your physical fitness can positively impact every aspect of your life: from improved mood and boosted confidence to more energy and an overall increase in the quality of your life.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I specialize in strength and conditioning, sustainable fat loss, and sports performance.


Invictus 30-Day Bootcamp

Class Description: Combines full-body strength training with high intensity metabolic conditioning designed to strengthen and tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before your busy day gets started. You will receive the support of your fellow recruits and your coach who will keep you motivated and inspired by pushing you beyond your comfort zone boosting your overall fitness level to new heights!

The boot camp runs 7A.M. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday for 30 days. Registration is limited to 6 people per boot camp for safety and attention so act fast!
