High Intensity Interval Training -"HIIT"

If you want a good sweat session this is it! This is a quick half hour workout that will leave you drenched. Who has the time to spend hours on a cardio machine when you can get in, get your workout done and get out. We do everything from ropes, to sleds, to lots of core, agility and burpees galore. Learn the proper form on squats and other exercises to! Training for a spartan race?? This is the perfect class for you! All abilities are welcome, from beginners to athletes, so come join this intense fun filled HIIT class and get your sweat on!

Learn how to lift so that you can gain muscle and strength, and lose body fat in the process. Develop confidence and work towards meeting your health and fitness goals. Develop healthy habits that are maintainable! We will be out on the gym floor using both free weights and machines. All abilities are welcome. It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to lifting and the gym scene, or you just want to be challenged, motivated and held accountable! Class size is limited to 4-6 people and sessions run for eight weeks.

Invictus 30-Day Bootcamp

Class Description: Combines full-body strength training with high intensity metabolic conditioning designed to strengthen and tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before your busy day gets started. You will receive the support of your fellow recruits and your coach who will keep you motivated and inspired by pushing you beyond your comfort zone boosting your overall fitness level to new heights!

The boot camp runs 7A.M. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday for 30 days. Registration is limited to 6 people per boot camp for safety and attention so act fast!

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach
