Class Description: Combines full-body strength training with high intensity metabolic conditioning designed to strengthen and tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before your busy day gets started. You will receive the support of your fellow recruits and your coach who will keep you motivated and inspired by pushing you beyond your comfort zone boosting your overall fitness level to new heights!
The boot camp runs 7A.M. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday for 30 days. Registration is limited to 6 people per boot camp for safety and attention so act fast!
Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach
